This little kitchenware allows a new approach concerning about preparing meat balls, traditionally cooked in sauce. Thanks to it, you can cook them on coals, out of doors -- something forbidden to these delicious delicacies.
The utensil is very simple, composed by two stainless steel plate which are closed like a book and have 12 spherical cavities where the meat balls can be put. Closed, it lays down in a small distance from the burning coals. The secret lies in little holes made on the surface of these cavities, where the exceeding fat drips and coal smoke penetrates, giving to the food its peculiar taste.
