Bloom is an astonishing simple dispositive. It consists in a small aluminum tube joined to the back wheel's axis of a bicycle, spreading seeds as we move and literally leaving an ecological track of herbage and flowers. It uses the process of creating soap bubbles and it was also chosen as a DESIGN 21 premium. The American Society Creative llc. is the author of it.
This sympathetic and symbolic invention is inspired in the childish act of making soap bubbles blowing through a ring. And if do the soap bubbles have seeds? And if could we move as blowing the bubbles? The bicycle was chosen as a metaphor of non-polluting vehicles and of the open air life. Then, bike riding, we exercise ourselves without polluting the environment and we even strengthen the growth of little green areas.
Everything is simple and ecological in Bloom. It's poured in its reservoir a mix of vegetable soap and diverse seeds added by water. The system is linked to the bicycle axis through a sprocket which makes a helix turnarounds, producing a continuous air breath which originates dozens of soap bubbles threw through the tube like if it was a chimney. The seeds are taken by the wind until they fall and sow humidified by the water contained in the bubble.
